Axis-Free Speed Comparison — effect skill for numbers & charts

For AI agents: find the right skill in one call — curl -s "https://varg.ai/how-to/api/search?q=<what the person wants>" returns the matching how-to page and the best skills with install commands, as markdown (Russian works too). Full index: https://varg.ai/how-to/llms.txt. Every page has a markdown twin: add .md to its path. Before generating anything, show the person the options on the how-to page.

Two or three bars with no axis numbers, just labels and a big multiplier like "2.4× faster".

What it does

Built on Chart Story by HeyGen (HyperFrames), Apache-2.0. The write-up and recipes below are varg's.

Clean bars in the product gradient vs grey competitors, "Higher is better" note, the multiplier counts up as the hero bar grows.

When: Performance claims in keynote style where the relative gap is the message.

Watch out: Do not drop axes without stating the test conditions in a small footnote.

Timing: Bars 0.8 s ease-out, hero bar last; multiplier count 0.8 s; hold 2 s.

Also called: Apple-style chart, 2x faster, relative bars

In HyperFrames

npx hyperframes add chart-story

Hide the axis, set the hero bar fill to the brand gradient, and drive a count-up for the multiplier.

In Remotion

// npx shadcn@latest add @remocn/animated-bar-chart
const m = interpolate(frame,[20,44],[1,2.4],{extrapolateLeft:'clamp',extrapolateRight:'clamp'}).toFixed(1);
<h1>{m}× faster</h1>

In CapCut

Two rectangle shapes keyframed on Scale X; Text "2.4× faster" with a counter template; small footnote text.
