What it does

Built on Code Scroll To Line by HeyGen (HyperFrames), Apache-2.0. The write-up and recipes below are varg's.

Smooth decelerating scroll with slight motion blur, then a spotlight on the destination line.

When: Walk through a real codebase file or show scale ("this is all generated").

Watch out: Do not scroll at constant speed; ease in and out so the stop is readable.

Timing: Scroll 0.8–1.4 s power3.inOut; spotlight 0.3 s after the stop.
