Smooth decelerating scroll with slight motion blur, then a spotlight on the destination line.

**When:** Walk through a real codebase file or show scale ("this is all generated").

**Watch out:** Do not scroll at constant speed; ease in and out so the stop is readable.

**Timing:** Scroll 0.8–1.4 s power3.inOut; spotlight 0.3 s after the stop.
