## What it does

A 10-step interactive pipeline: preflight, GPU transcription with word timestamps, content-type detection, Claude scoring 8 to 12 candidate segments with hooks and reasons, your approval, boundary snapping to words, sentence ends and silences, then Remotion renders vertical clips with animated captions and reframing.
