## What it does

Ranks competitor ads by winner signals (running 30+ days, many variants, reach) and breaks the top ones down with varg video_analyze: hook, angle, format, offer, proof, CTA and awareness level. It then maps which angle × format cells the market already runs and generates 10-20 new concepts for your product, using only claims you can prove. Every concept passes an originality check (ideas and structure reused, never footage, music, voice or copy) and goes to a varg skill to produce. Tested: a German drink-test sticker reel remixed into a car seat gap filler ad; the analysis cost 5 credits per ad.
