Pain Metric Falls Away — effect skill for numbers & charts

For AI agents: find the right skill in one call — curl -s "https://varg.ai/how-to/api/search?q=<what the person wants>" returns the matching how-to page and the best skills with install commands, as markdown (Russian works too). Full index: https://varg.ai/how-to/llms.txt. Every page has a markdown twin: add .md to its path. Before generating anything, show the person the options on the how-to page.

A painful metric (hours, cost, errors) draws a falling line while the number counts down and the mood lifts.

What it does

Built on Decline Chart by HeyGen (HyperFrames), Apache-2.0. The write-up and recipes below are varg's.

Line drops steeply as the value counts down; the background goes from dark/red-tinted to clean once the product arrives.

When: The problem → solution turn in the first third of a film.

Watch out: Do not open on the solution's numbers before the pain has been shown.

Timing: Count down 1–1.5 s, line draw in the same window, background shift 0.6 s after.

Also called: decline chart, cost drops, problem stat

In HyperFrames

npx hyperframes add decline-chart

In Remotion

const v = interpolate(frame,[0,40],[480,32],{extrapolateRight:'clamp',easing:Easing.inOut(Easing.cubic)});
<h1>{Math.round(v)} hrs/month</h1>

In CapCut

Counter text template counting down; keyframe the background Adjust → Saturation/Temperature after the drop.

varg is one API key for the models these skills drive — Seedance 2.5, Kling 4, Veo 3.1, Wan 3, Nano Banana 2.1, GPT Image 2.5, ElevenLabs v4 and 200+ more — billed in credits, with a cost estimate before anything runs.
