Scaffold a new Remotion project and lay the video out as clips or scenes before writing any frames.

What it does

Starts a Remotion video in an empty or existing folder with npx create-video@latest and opens the Studio preview before building. It decides whether the piece is a timeline of clips or a multi-scene composition, applies the interactivity conventions and covers TailwindCSS setup.
