What it does

Scenario's Kinetic Film skill (https://www.scenario.com/explorations/kinetic-film/) makes fast, high-energy launch films, game teasers, trailers and brand films in kinetic typography, the style of viral motion design reels: huge words on every beat, whip pans, colour flips, extruded 3D letters the camera flies through, and a hard drop. The film is a spec: 13 scene blocks (Words, Strike, Graph, Hero, Prompt, Stretch, Fly, Notes, Counters, Progress, Chain, Rewind, Logo, plus Picture for key art) placed on the music's beat grid, with a palette, a caption track and a logo. The engine turns it into one web page where every frame is a pure function of time, so headless Chrome can seek anywhere and average sub-frames into real motion blur; Python adds bloom and grain and encodes 1080p, 4K (H.264 Level 5.2, under 1 GB) and 9:16. Scenario MCP makes what code cannot: a music bed at the exact tempo, a kit of about 15 one-shot sound effects, and any key art, priced with a dry run first. finish.py fails a film that parks: more than 40 % still frames, a still stretch over 0.6 s, or too little motion. Scenario's own 52 s film "Just code" (174 BPM, 3,108 frames) and a 24 s game teaser spec (Kaiju Postal) come as examples.
