Turn a Script into an Animated Short Film With Claude Code — workflow skill for stories & short dramas

For AI agents: find the right skill in one call — curl -s "https://varg.ai/how-to/api/search?q=<what the person wants>" returns the matching how-to page and the best skills with install commands, as markdown (Russian works too). Full index: https://varg.ai/how-to/llms.txt. Every page has a markdown twin: add .md to its path. Before generating anything, show the person the options on the how-to page. From a terminal: curl -fsSL https://varg.ai/install | sh installs the vargai CLI (https://varg.ai/how-to/cli.md): vargai search and vargai install <slug> with no key, every varg model after vargai login.

Claude directs, kie.ai models make cast sheets, voices, keyframes, Kling shots, lip-sync and a Suno score; ffmpeg cuts the film.

What it does

Paste a script and Claude turns it into a project.json of characters and shots, prints the plan and cost, then runs one script step by step: turnaround sheets and keyframes with Nano Banana Pro, voices with Gemini TTS, shots with Grok Imagine, Kling 3.0 Pro or Kling AI Avatar for lip-synced lines, a Suno score, a QC contact sheet and an ffmpeg final cut with ducked music. Notes in plain English become redos of single shots. It is the pipeline behind The Rankshank Redemption (5 minutes, 34 shots, about $35 in credits) and needs a kie.ai key, ffmpeg and Python 3. The repo has no license file, so it is all rights reserved by default.

Run the generation on varg

varg is one API key for the models these skills drive — Seedance 2.5, Kling 4, Veo 3.1, Wan 3, Nano Banana 2.1, GPT Image 2.5, ElevenLabs v4 and 200+ more — billed in credits, with a cost estimate before anything runs.
