## What it does

Remakes the @tradelle dropshipping reel end to end from four studied reels: a real-looking product hook, a MacBook on a zigzag tablecloth where a hand with a marker points at the product cost, the Shopify price and the demand chart, the steps (research tool, store, AI ad tool, Instagram, supplier ships), and a night skyline filmed on an iPhone with "Comment GUIDE". The laptop shots need no filming: screenshot → gpt_image_2_5 frame → an edit of that frame per screen → kling_v4 or seedance_2_5 image-to-video. Includes the script template, an eleven_v4 voice, word timings from groq_whisper_large_v3_turbo, two scripts that burn word-by-word lime captions and cut the reel from an edit list, and the ManyChat comment-to-DM funnel. Tested end to end on varg (Oct 2026).

- One reel per product every day from one template

## Not for

- The hook alone (use varg-product-hook)
- Talking-head UGC ads with an actor
- Screen recordings of software with a cursor
