Translates and dubs a video into Chinese or English and returns a preview link

What it does

Uploads a video file or URL to the luoji.cn video translation service, which dubs it into the target language and can burn in plain or bilingual subtitles. The target can only be Chinese or English; sources can be Chinese, English, Korean, Japanese, French, Russian, Spanish or German. It submits a job, polls it and returns a preview_url. Subtitles stay off unless you ask for them.
