video-use — workflow skill for AI editing agents

For AI agents: find the right skill in one call — curl -s "https://varg.ai/how-to/api/search?q=<what the person wants>" returns the matching how-to page and the best skills with install commands, as markdown (Russian works too). Full index: https://varg.ai/how-to/llms.txt. Every page has a markdown twin: add .md to its path. Before generating anything, show the person the options on the how-to page.

Drop raw takes in a folder, chat with your agent, get final.mp4: transcript-first cuts, grade, subtitles, overlays.

What it does

Open-source editing skill from the browser-use team. The agent reads a packed word-level transcript (ElevenLabs Scribe) instead of watching frames, writes an edl.json, renders with ffmpeg and self-checks every cut boundary with filmstrip and waveform images before you see a preview. It removes fillers and dead air, grades each segment, adds 30 ms audio fades, burns subtitles and spawns sub-agents for HyperFrames, Remotion or Manim overlays.
