## What it does

From Google Marketing Solutions: upload a YouTube/video ad and Gemini splits it into scenes, writes new storylines and renders shorter variants and new aspect ratios (e.g. 9:16 for Shorts) with optional voiceover and overlays. Deploys on Google Cloud with an Apps Script UI.

## Use when

- cut a 30s ad into 6s/15s variants
- reformat TV ads for Shorts
- Google-native ad repurposing

## Not for

- agent-driven runs (deployed web app)
