Localizes a winning video ad for TikTok Shop and Meta markets: transcreated script, same voice, lip-sync only where faces talk, re-cut on the new words.

What it does

Builds an offer card per market (language variant, currency, local price, approved claims, CTA), transcreates the script so every line fits its time slot, voices it with ElevenLabs v4 in the same voice, lip-syncs only shots where a face talks for more than 1.5 s, re-cuts every shot on the new language's words and rebuilds captions and on-screen text instead of inpainting them. Ends with a native-review checklist. Tested: a 59 s faceless gloves reel in Spanish for 8 credits.
