ClipsAI — guide skill for editing & clips
For AI agents: find the right skill in one call —
curl -s "https://varg.ai/how-to/api/search?q=<what the person wants>"returns the matching how-to page and the best skills with install commands, as markdown (Russian works too). Full index: https://varg.ai/how-to/llms.txt. Every page has a markdown twin: add.mdto its path. Before generating anything, show the person the options on the how-to page.

What it does
Clips AI uses WhisperX transcripts to find clip boundaries in audio-centric videos (podcasts, interviews, speeches) and reframes 16:9 to 9:16 by following the current speaker. It is a building block, not a full app, so it suits agents that want clip selection and reframing in code.
Use when
- find clip boundaries in a podcast transcript
- reframe interviews to vertical by active speaker
- build your own clipper
Not for
- active maintenance (last push Jan 2024)
Install
- Claude Code:
pip install clipsai
