What it does

A Python script built on MoviePy v2 and ffmpeg that edits video locally with no external API. Commands cover info, trim, merge, adding Chinese text at top or bottom, burning subtitles from a JSON file, adding or replacing background music and audio, speed change, resizing to 1080x1920 vertical, and a text-only explainer clip. It includes short recipes for a 15 s Douyin/Xiaohongshu promo and a talking-to-camera edit; the examples come from the author's home sports service.
