varg.ai is an AI video platform for teams. Give the agent a brief, and it plans, generates and edits a finished video, like an ad, a product video or in-app content, in a shared workspace with your files, presets and templates. Your team works on it together in the app, from Claude or Cursor, or through the API.
What varg.ai does
An agent that makes the whole video
Describe what you need, attach references and presets, and the agent plans the video, picks the right model for each shot, and generates the scenes, voiceover, music and captions. You get a finished, publish-ready cut, not a pile of clips. It asks before spending credits, and in Control mode it pauses for your approval at the plan, snapshots, audio and final video.
A canvas for every project
Every project has a chat and a node canvas side by side. The plan and every render sit on the canvas, so you can review a step, regenerate a single shot, download or share it, and @mention any node back to the agent.
Files organized in folders
Everything you generate or upload lands in the file library, grouped into folders with their own projects and resources. Filter by type, creator or favorites, search, and download a whole selection as a ZIP. Every file shows the model, cost and what it was made from.
Presets: voices, styles, avatars and characters
Reusable presets keep a voice, a visual style or a character consistent across every video. Attach them to the agent and it uses them in every shot.
Templates from real use cases
A library of finished videos made with varg: UGC ads, talking heads, before and after, product videos, two-person dialogues and more. Click "Make similar", swap in your brief, and get your own version with the same pipeline.

Every major model on one credit balance. Video: Kling 3, Veo 3.1, Sora 2, Seedance 2.5, Wan 2.5, MiniMax, Grok Imagine and LTX-2. Images: Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image 2.5, Flux, Seedream 5, Recraft and Qwen. Avatars and lip sync: HeyGen, OmniHuman and Sync. Invite your team as Owners, Admins, Editors or Guests. Projects, folders, files and credits are shared across the workspace, and viewers are free. Share any project or folder by link or by invite, with view or edit access.
Spend analytics (rolling out now)
See how many credits the team spends and where they go: by member, API key, model, capability or folder, compared with the previous period, with a calendar of files made and CSV export. Until then, every charge is already in the Transactions history.
MCP and API to automate the pipeline
Connect varg to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code or VS Code over MCP, or call it from your own product through the REST API and the open-source TypeScript SDK. Team API keys spend from the same shared balance and show up in the same files and history.

The team behind varg.ai
varg.ai is built by vargai Inc., a small team based in San Francisco, USA, founded by Alex Varga and Anna Nazarova. We started with an open-source SDK in November 2025 and grew it into a platform for teams that need a lot of video. New models land on varg as soon as providers release them.

How varg.ai works
- Start from a brief or a template. Describe the video, attach product shots, references and presets, or pick a template and click "Make similar".
- The agent plans it. It writes the plan, picks models and shows the cost. You approve before credits are spent.
- It generates and edits on the canvas. Scenes, voiceover, music and captions are generated and assembled into a finished video. Regenerate any single shot.
- Your team takes it from there. Files land in your folders, ready to share, download, reuse as a template, or rerun at scale through MCP and the API.
