What it does
Recuts creator, UGC or product footage into a 9:16 ecommerce ad with FFmpeg: the best moment moved to second 0, dead air cut by a silencedetect script, a two-line text hook and a CTA inside the safe zone, loudness at -14 LUFS, a 4:5 feed cut and a cover frame, and one MP4 per hook from a batch script that normalizes size, frame rate and audio. Every command was run on test media (FFmpeg 6.0 and 8.1). Free and local, or on the varg ffmpeg tool when the agent has no shell.
