What it does

Three skills: ai-ugc-video-pipeline packages the creator lock, direction block, scene prompts and review plan; ugc-script-writing picks a hook (plus a 100-template hook list), writes the voiceover and chunks it; fal-seedance-video builds payloads, submits fal queue jobs and handles failures. Kling O3 Standard is the default for cheap tests, Seedance 2.0 the higher-cost quality baseline. Clips are reviewed one by one and assembled in your editor. Needs a fal.ai key in .env for local generation; includes an example creator persona.
