Scales a winning video ad into 20 Andromeda-safe variants: new concepts plus single-variable hook swaps, with a tested FFmpeg script and a test plan.

What it does

Tags the winner with varg video_analyze, then plans two layers: about 7 new concepts that each change the message, visual execution or format, and about 13 single-variable iterations, mostly new hooks. New openers are generated on varg (Seedance 2.5, Kling 4, ElevenLabs), swapped onto a clean master with the bundled hook-swap.mjs (word-boundary cut, normalised parts, 20 ms fade, manifest) and re-captioned. Exports file names and an ABO test plan. Tested: two spoken hook variants of a gloves reel at 1 credit per new line.
